There are a number of ways to request help and support as you plan to migrate your Standard iSite to another platform. The best ways are as follows:
Ask your Support Contact
We will be working with the iSites Support Contacts assigned to your school or group. They will have information for you and are a good first point of contact.
Complete the Standard iSites Migration online form
This online form provides us with your contact information and some details about your iSite. We will follow up with you and your local IT Support Contact to help define the best solution for your needs.
Make a request to the HUIT Help Desk
They will assign your request to the Standard iSites Migration project and we will contact you to determine next steps. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 617-495-7777.
Contact the platform group directly
If you think you know which platform you want to use, you can reach out to them directly. The best way to do this is to email email@example.com or call 617-495-7777 and request that someone from the group contact you.
